Though low power, superb transparency, moderately rich harmonics, dynamics and very good reliability is what you can expect from the A21. Used with Epos 12.2, it drives them adequately. Don't let the 20-25 watts discourage you - there's enough clean undistorted power in that amp.

In an UK showroom, it was very happily driving Audience 52 to the limits. It should do the same for the 11L or 12L. So - where's the worry..... unless you have a large room & want to play at head-banging levels. The 20 odd watts available is Pure Class-A and this is not the regular kind of power. The amp is pretty impervious to difficult loads.

Quad Bookshelf/Floorstands: It will drive quite well
QUAD Elecrostats: It can drive only in small room an high volume may not be possible Dyn 42/52 : it can drive quite decently to substantial volumes (not very high) They perform the Best with 85+ db sensitivity and where the load does not dip below 4 ohms.. Rating is 25 W into 8 ohms and 14 W into 4 ohms afger which it is a drastic fall.Being pure Class A do not compare this with an equivalent Class AB since the current capability is pretty High. eg it drives my speaker much better than a 50W int am i used to own.
