Marantz SR301 140 Watts RMS X 5 5.1 AV Receiver fo 18.5K

Hi

Has any one used Marantz SR301 140 Watts RMS X 5 5.1 AV Receiver? I am getting them for 18.5K . can i get any thing cheaper and better than this. I have also heard from a dealer that marantz does not provide after sales service in Mumbai. is that true?
