Audio/Midi Interface

Hi,
Could you suggest any alternatives to the EMU 0404 USB (E-MU Systems - 0404 USB 2.0 - USB 2.0 Audio/MIDI Interface).

Requirements:
1. Good quality DAC
2. USB connectivity
3. Midi (would be nice to have)
4. ~$200 price range (slight overshoot is okay)
