Good cost effective options as a transport
What are some good cost effective options as a transport ? 1. Open to Diy. But this should be easy to use with a simple user interface which anyone in the family can use with ease. 2. Any good transports available around 30k ? 3. Any existing players which can be easily modded to work well as a transport. 4. Any other ? |

Re: Good cost effective options as a transport
Hi Square Wave. I'm new to this Forum but i hope i can help you. You mention that you want a transport. Well any CD/DVD Player that sports a digital output can be used as a transport. In the UK popular DACs for doing this job are from Cambridge Audio with thier latest Dac magic. Also another less well known DAC is from Beresford. This is available on ebay for around £120. I have owned a Beresford and can honestly say the sound quality is excellent. Hope this helps. Best Regards Rob.
