Absolute Phase..."Absolute" as promised

I came across this website when i was looking for a particular set of speakers which I thought no one would be willing to part with..ever.
I came across an add from Prithvi, Absolute Phase, Bangalore about a client of his who was parting with the Cadence "Amaya" for a respectable price. This was the exact speaker I had been dreaming about for the past 3 years.
It said "Mint" condition on the add but I always suspect the word mint in India..u know what I mean....
I was asked to have a DD sent to him in the owner's name....the money delivered
The deal was struck and he had them delivered to my door throuh Gati Cargo delivery services... the speaker arrived in 2 days time...till then I was very very sceptical on the state of the speaker and its supposedly "Mint" state... Every bit of the description of the speaker was met and even more...cause I have seen 2nd hand Cadence Amaya at my friends place and the wood work is quite faded and dull....
This speaker is very very well maintained and in a very very..almost pristine state...
Dealing with Prithvi was really nice and professional and as I see the speaker in front of me...no exaggerations were made on the quality of the speaker..
Awesome second hand deal ....
You can trust Absolute Phase..absolutely.

Congratulations on your purchase and also thanks for informing us of Prithvi of Absolute Phase. I have also heard some good things from other audiophiles.

I did go for the Krell 400 xi ...
it sounds great with good recordings and with shit recording it makes u feeling down.
So at present I am looking in other directions for sure.
Will have to see what I do.

The Krell is a great int. amp. Are you looking to improve your source or change your amp? Also what source do you use? That could be the problem.

My setup is the Creek Diva int. amp and CD Player with MA RS6 speakers.

Nice to hear that. I think he is the same person who was dealing in audiophile CD's a few years ago in banaglore. can anyone confirm this.

I still sell audiophile CDs, SACDs & LPs from XRCD, FIM, LINN etc.

Just slightly off topic, Prithviraj is a very nice person, i had a wonderful experience at his audiophile CD store in Bangalore a few years ago, where he played some audiophile telarc and chesky CD's it showed me what 16 bit CD-DA was capable of. I could not afford any audiophile CD's at that point of time, but he was very kind to give me a complimentary opus 3 test CD on my visit to his store which i still dearly cherish in my collection. Now that he stills sells these titles i will plan and purchase a few CD's from him. Prithvi i will mail you off list.

Guys be assured he will give the right advice in audio matters, and such people are rare to find today.
