hathway stb problem

hi guys i back with a new problem.i got a hathway stb few weeks ago .the picture was fine for some days,the it started getting stuck .the picture became really bad as well as the audio. sometimes the picture is good but its like once in 2 3 days.all connections are fine .is it a problem with my cable or should i modify signal setup or somethin.help me out guys please. cheers

I also have the hathway stb. There is a signal selection in the menus of the box, try to choose different signal, it also shows the signal strength. If connections are fine and the settings are also fine, just the call the hathway guys, they will come and fix the issue.

some channels in tv stand still and some channel gives message of no signal.
always i need to adjust the 3 pin wire behind the stb to view that channel clear. without adjusting it is not possible view all channel without disurbance.
how this problem can be solved
