(this is just an example basing on this i want to build others too)


can i be able to build speaker box...do i need any thing extra...also...what
software would help me to design my speaker cabinet.

And also need detail procedure to build a Cross over.

The last I enquired with IWAI, they replied they were not interested in retail quantities. Did you contact any of their retailers? BTW, where are you based?

IWAI is the OEM for onida. I once thought to build a active sub woofer using my KY theatre sub woofer.

Just pick the drivers and get going. Build 3 way for front channels and 2 way for the rest. My driver choices would be dome tweeter (for all Ts), 3" alu driver (for all Ms) and 8" for woofers. The driver sizes I mentioned enable you to have a big overlap in the transition region which helps you to integrate them well.

Fronts: 3way MTMWW,
Center: 2 way MTM
Surrounds: 2way TM

Start by doing a stereo setup, you could start with the surrounds first. Once you have success there, you could go for the center followed by the fronts.

If you get it right, You could enjoy such a system for years to come.
