Thumbs up Vintage Audio Gear

Vintage audio gear electronically offered superb performance for the money.
Today we have to pay huge amount of money to get the same performance.
The level of audio quality & the electronics inside were such that these equipment are still being sold today.

If you love the true Hi-Fi sound, you should own one of these gears.
Silver Era period were distinguished by their brushed aluminum front panels, solid machined aluminum knobs, pushbuttons toggle switches, big vu meters and beautiful walnut veneers and with 40 RMS, it sounds HUGE & CLEAN.

Today we are disappointed with the state of Hi-Fi design. Vintage audio equipment had real knobs you could grab hold of, and knobs milled from a solid
chunk of metal instead of some fragile piece of plastic with a bunch of LED’s stuck. All these amps had good phono stage and there is no need for an equaliser to boost frequencies and sounds clean.

Some of the reference links for Vintage Audio:

Do we have vintage audio gear lovers in this forum?

Anil kumar

Re: Vintage Audio Gear

Great Links...

Thanks for brining this up in the forum. I get nostalgic when I think about the first time I bought a Technics 3 head cassete deck!!!

Good old days when one could tweak the bias in the cassette deck to suit ones ears.
