Suggest me Good External TV Tunner for Laptop

I am planning to buy a good external Tv tunner for laptop.please suggest me a good one and Tell me the shops in Bangalore for this.

WinTV-HVR-1600 Product overview

Dont know how this will work in Bangalore as I have not seen one in action.

Its dual purpose and can be used as a Tuner as well though I missed the external part. The popular external ones are kworld and Hauppauge
