Introduction - Chennai Dealer

Hi guys,

I'm Raghu, an avid audio enthusiast. After working in Infosys for 8 years I decided that enuffz enuff. Wanted to do something closer to my heart and what better way than to deal with something related to audio itself?
My firm's called Decibel, located at Alwarpet in Chennai. I'm opening up the place on 24th of September. Hoping to see all you Chennai people here. Do you have pricing info for the following items?

* A small scale 5.1 av receiver (any brand u carry - list all that you would have)
* 5.1 speakers (good for a medium size room) - small form factor (not the floor standing ones etc..)

Folks, I have been to his place and had some extensive listening sessions (the longest anywhere I had) and there was no obligation of buying or pressure. The whole experience was very good and he spent the whole afternoon just with me Even when I had to return the product I bought from him for personal reasons, he took them back with minimal questions. First of all congrats on the upcoming showroom ! May god give all the success to you in this venture !!

Secondly nice to know that you are an audio Enthu and chose to make it a carrier out of it !!

Lastly One piece of Advice or rather suggestion ! I know you may be aware of this and think that I didn't have to ! but Still I felt the need and hence Am telling !!

Please please be very friendly to all the clients who walk-in for a demo or inquiry ! always make sure they are satisfied while leaving,even if they don't buy anything !! coz you never know,they might not only buy something later but also recommend many to buy from you !!!

The main reason for me telling this is,in the past we've had lot of complaints of dealers being hostile and non co-operative !! hence Its almost mandatory to for you to be very careful and not let these type of complaints creep in !!

Hope you take this in a positive manner !!
