I am sure there are a lot of us who would like to buy/upgrade. However it might be more prudent if everyone mentioned their expected price in their FOR-SALE threads...That way you deal with ONLY serious enquiries closer to your expected price. A simple format like the one below may help table the relevant facts .. This will save everyone a lot of time.. and STD costs!
