Re: 1990 ONKYO casette tape decks

I have the TA 6211.
Pretty nice deck.
Best part is that Onkyo has a service centre nearby which still supports these decks-qualified technicians/parts all available.

Re: 1990 ONKYO casette tape decks

Hi,

Anil I love them too,was offered one of them and I refused coz of some issues which I regret it even today !

But its not as sad as the state the company, Am very very sad to see the state of affairs of the company today !

They brought such good company with that kind heritage to a level where they are now being compared local and consumer level products !!

Anyways let me not dilute this thread with some.......

On a side note Am a happy owner of the Technics TR575 MkII ! I use it sometime even today !! Since I myself Am a DIY guy,Repairs and such are not at all a prob !!

Regards.

Your amp will be in the safest hands
That is absolutely true. Akshay not only fixed my Vintage Sansui AU-X501 but teaked it for better performance and had no problem of any sort after repairs. It has been working smoothly for more than six months now and I always prefer it for listening music.
