Western Classical CD/Collection

Hello guys,

Anyone here wants to sell thier western classical/classic rock collection? I have developed an interest in these recently and would prefer an entire collection in original CDs. Please PM me or mail me at ae236@ymail.com if you are willing to sell your hard earned music.

Thanks

Hello AE

You are a bit late to this forum. Mr.Suhas had a lot of CDs which he sold to the members for a very reasonable price, just check with him if he has any CDs left.

regards

Dev.

Thumbs up Re: Western Classical CD/Collection

hi AE

You can do this.

Music world is selling something called 25 greatest works for Rs/ 195.

They have Beethoven, Mozart, Strauss, Tchaikovsky, Stravinsky, Bach, Vivaldi everybody we know or not.

Buy them and i have bought a lot.

Other one is 3 cd series of classical, opera, rock, pop and others they are a must collection if you do not have any specific collection. This is for Rs/299.

Classic rock takes lot of patience to collect. Collect them over time. Try to buy best of the groups you like. Do not buy albums.

Another option is get world space. Listen to maestro for classical. You can learn a lot about western classical. And along comes many varieties also.

But it takes a life time to collect music.

That is all I can tell you.

good luck

Re: Western Classical CD/Collection

Pradski:

In the case of Suhas, one of his friends (or relation) had left behind a large collection when he moved out of India. Suhas had taken the trouble of checking each and every CD before putting it up for sale. I believe all the people who bought from Suhas were very happy. And I am also quite certain that Suhas would have kept a few for himself.

Though I do agree it is advisable to buy new, it may not be true all the time. There are some genuine people who will sell their collection for reasons other than what you mentioned.

Cheers

You are no way wrong, its not adviseable to purchase 2nd hand cds from unknown people or before checking out personally
But in the case of Suhas, i also purchased some cds and there was not a single scratch on the cds. They were as good as new
