CD Player - Under 100 K wanted - USED

Shanti.. Is there any reason you want a CD player specifically under 1 Lakh? Is that the only criteria? What will you use it with? Just curious..

Want to build a 500 K set up.

175 for Speaker
175 for Amp
100 for CD
50 for Cables

Cannot cross the 500 limit.

Shortlist some players and dealers where you can audition and walk in with your kit. For that money even new CDPs would offer great sound. I do not see a point in spending that kind of cash on an used player.

Btw, what we recommend will also depend on what you have right now and the kind of music you listen to?

Worth the effort. I wouldn't ever splurge that kind of cash without audioning with my own kit and my own music. Unfortunate you can't pack and carry your room. Even room affects the acoustics a great deal. So it isn't wise to spend so much without having evaluated the synergy.

Music is 80% synergy, 20% the rest.

High end Cyrus fits the bill. Also Arcam Diva 192. NEW I am talking about. In India its useless hoping to buy an used system at that price point.

Shanti seems to be after some CDP which would cost INR 200k new today. Hence expectation of 100k for used. How many people in India would have CDPs costing 200k apiece new today? And more importantly how many of them would be participating here?
