    Need Help with P42U30D

    Hi Friends, I recently brought TH-P42U30D 42" plasma. I am facing an unique problem. I am not able to watch movies from my portable hard disk (250GB) and my SD card(2GB). But when the service man has come he is able to play movies from both his USB pendrive and SD memorycard. Need your help...
