110" Tab Tensioned Motorized Projection screen

I cant put a fixed frame screen in my dedicated HT room as the screen covers the windows and the room gets very stuffy if I keep it covered for a long time. So I have decided to get a Tab tensioned motorized screen. Have been checking out a few vendors in Mumbai and the prices seem to vary a lot and its also difficult to judge the quality of the screen as many vendors cant provide a demo.
Can someone suggest a good brand for the screen? Especially looking for screens with good tensioning so that waves and curls dont appear on it anytime soon. Budget will about 50K.
