No idea about LCD TV, but I have see 16" widescreen LCD monitors. The build quality is very average. The PQ seemed to be acceptable..

Couple of weeks back I saw advrt in paper when this LCD was seliing for 19K under exchange for 21" TV.

Even the leadinging manufacturers fails in some cases , I appreciate ur guts ,dont opt for it ,it is strongly recommend(i mean dont opt for it),even a single penny is hard earned ....

After considering your opinions I think I must drop AOC. The problem is in 25k you don't get a Full HD LCD TV. My budget is 25k as of now. Besides I mainly wanna connect my pc to it. I don't wanna go for a PC monitor because I won't get TV with it. Can someone please suggest me a good and cheap Full HD LCD TV whether it be 32" or 26" but within my budget. I'm living in mumbai. By the way The AOC TV resolution is 1920x1080p

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

since i plan to use the TV as a PC monitor too, I guess I'll be sitting close to it. I didn't get when you said (32 inches unless you sit really close to your TV 720p is good enough)

If I'm not mistaken, what you mean is if I sit too close; a 32 inch with 1920x1080 would be better or 26 inch with 1366x768. Please advice me a good TV that can also be a good PC monitor.

Oh if your gonna use it as your monitor you'll need 1080p but isnt 32 inch too big for a monitor? I mean it'll be greater than your field of vision about 2 feet away. Even if its 1920x1080 at 2 feet away which is typical monitor viewing distance the resolution per sq inch is gonna be low ie your gonna see those individual pixels. A 24 or 26 inch full HD monitor will be your best solution.

Go for Panasonic or Toshiba (you can get 32 inch sets for around 22K) - don't even look at AOC.

Actually I dont think anyone can say for sure how good or bad this TV is. As in, no one has really used this TV and ppl are just giving their advised based on "brand perception". If you tell an average Joe you bought a high end Toshiba, he will laugh at you and tell you how good is Sony BX series LCD is.... Therefore I will take any advise from anyone who hasnt used this tv with a pinch of salt.
From the specs, this TV seems pretty decent, 3 * HDMI, Full HD, surround sound etc. This is for sure a higher spec AOC than the one that sells for 19k with a single HDMI port. So the pridicament is as follows:
VW might have a higher brand perception than say Hyundai (its changing every decade) but lets assume it does.
But in a given budget of say 12 lakhs you may get Hyundai Sonata (2011) global model loaded tot he T or an entry level Jetta with 1.6 ltr petrol engine. Which makes a better buy? For the uninitiated who doesnt know anything about the models, and purely makes his decision on the brand, its VW. But you know better, you are comparing a higher model Hyundai with a lower segment Jetta. Sonata makes a compelling case.

Therefore dont blindly go with the advise recieved. No one actually owns the same product to give credible advise.

At the price he is getting it for, it makes sense to go in for a more well known brand which people have experience with. It is not as if the TV is available at a throw away price, when there are TVs from more reputed manufacturers within the same price bracket. Forget about brand: have you actually seen an AOC TV on display. The picture is not up to scratch at all. I get similar picture quality on my monitor. Now maybe OP is a professional callibrator but even then there is only so much he is going to get out of a display which is poor even at its best store settings.
