I need Bluetooth headphones to be used with TV mainly for movie experience, so sound quality is the primary requirement. Budget 5k. Any recommendations?

Again my recommendation will be a BT dongle that can connect and enable all hi res BT codecs like LDAC, APT HD (assuming your TV supports them). This will enable any iem earbud or HP to be used via BT.

You can't go wrong with either Fiio BTR5 or Shanling UP4/UP2. They have all the good codecs, but again all that depends on whether or not your device that you intend to connect to your BT dongle supports that codec.

My Shanling UP2 works with my Mi 55 inch TV.
Sorry to mention model (Mi LED Smart TV 4A PRO 49)
I playing movies via USB only...Hence how to check it will support all codecs (Shanling or FIIO)

if it has BT, it will mostly be SBC which is the default or at best AAC. I am not sure if budget TVs have APT-X or LDAC. But most modern Android Phones will have LDAC and APT-X
