Bose wave 4 bundle !!

hai everyone i own a bose wave series 4 but when i checked online i saw it has two components in bose web site.
i have only the main unit .
is the bottom one shown in bose site optional ?
what exactly is that? nothing is shown in the site !

mm. what i have is just the top main unit.
where can i get the details about the bottom unit
my doubt is whether the bottom unit is sold separate or is it a bundle as the bose site doesn't mention about it ?

The bottom part is the soundtouch pedestal. It contains the network capability for bose wave.
The pedestal connects to the boselink on the back of the top box.
You can try powering on the wave with the power cord given.
Hope you have the remote for the system.

thanks but my question is are they sold separately if so why is bose site showing them as together in the site instead of optional upgrade

It is not sold separately. There are 2 models - Bose Wave and Bose Wave Soundtouch. The latter has Network capabilities.
