Boston acoustics xs 5.1 with denon x500 vs yamaha 299? Can some one tell me which is better as I cannot audition boston acoustics they are Available online only, and boston acoustics should be connected with denon x500 or yamaha 377 as it has autocalibration also?

Man, it's like choosing between canon or nikon. you can not generalise which one is good. so folks picks the one which suits them best. Try to have an audition somewhere nearby.

Hi,

The key is to audition the AVRs and decide basis budget, features, output, connectivity etc....given a choice between the X500 and a Yamaha...would be inclined towards the Yamaha.....I use the BA XS 5.1 with a Marantz and it pairs very well.

Reliance Digital would have the same on display.....try to go and audition it.....
