Hi Guys,

I am a newbie on this forum, so please do pardon any elementary questions that border on the line of stupidity.

I recently bought a VW Polo, and would like to put a audio system in it.
My Budget is roughly about Rs.75000-85000

I would like a 2 din Head Unit, preferrably with a touch screen. IPod connectivity is a must.

In addition, my requirements include an Amp (4 way), 4 speakers, tweeters and of course a Subwoofer.

Could anyone suggest a few models that I can maybe look into.

And most importantly, I am new to Mumbai, and I have absolutely no clue where I should go to buy & install it. (quality work is a must)

Could someone please help me!!

:sos:

Thanks in advance
Alex

Some top level thoughts -

1) A mid-end Pioneer head unit (could also consider Sony) - Approx 15k
2) Components for the front (Focal/Polk) - 25k
3) Co-axials for the back (Focal/Polk) - 15
4) Subwoofer -10" Rockford/Focal - 20k
5) Focal/Rockford mono amp - 15k

Upgrade to a second amp for your 4 channels in phase 2. (Approx 15k)

I live in delhi, so unfortunately don't know the dealers in bombay.

Cheers!

For Components go for Infinity Kappa series. Its one of the best. Also you can go for Infinity's 4 Channel Amp and Powered Subwoofer....Should come around 80k....Its really good but haven't heard Focal/Polk though...
