cheapest av receiver with preouts

hi friends
i am from trivandrum kerala..i am planning to buy my first home theatre system....i have decide to buy the polk audio rti a7 as my main speakers...i want to buy an av receiver with preouts to go along with it as i want to buy an amplifier later....so i would like ur opinions on the cheapest avr available with preouts..i ahve shortlisted these two..whther they are good or any others available in the same price range...

yamaha 667 also have preouts (but 2011 model though)

Try to pick Marantz, from the reviews i have noticed Yamaha+Polk would sound bright for music.

Yamaha avantage series is good for both audio and video and for polk RTI-A7, it sound good and you will get yamaha A810 in lesser price when compare to marantz
