Choice between Denon X500 and Yamaha YT299

I am planning to setup up a HT . I have shortlisted two of the HT's packages and not able to choose one of it

1. Denon AVR X500 with Sys 5.1 Speakers (Profx - Advanced Audio Solutions)
2. Yamaha YT 299 with Yamaha speakers (http://in.yamaha.com/en/products/aud..._g/?mode=model)

Reliance at Hyderabad giving deals on both under 40K .Please help me in choosing on of these or any other recommendations in this range.
