I have a "Seagate FreeAgent Theater+1080P HD Media Player STCEA201-RK ". This has a HDMI, Component and AV output.
I want to use this as a Source to my Stereo setup (without a TV). Planning to get a Norge 2060 Amp.
I am planning to use one of my old computer CRT monitor (which just has a VGA input) to facilitate me to browse thru the content on my USB .
What is the CHEAPEST way to do it ? Is there any HDMI (or Component or AV) to VGA cable available ? Also any pointers to a reliable place to get it in Bangalore or online ?
Anybody has any experince in using this kind of a setup ?
I dont want to spend more money in buying a Convertor as this is just for browsing the content on USB.
