DAC/Amp for Headphones

I am planning to buy a DAC for Sennheiser HD451/ ATH M50x. Please advise if I should go for Fiio e17k Aspen2 or Fiio e10k (or any other?).

Any reason other than cost you are not trying out the x3ii? I don't own the 17 but listened with my AKG 701 and still preferred the X3. It's also way more versatile DAP

e10k has some really good reviews online, although I have not heard it myself. My hunt for a DAC ended just a few days back.
