Hi I am new to blogging and actually this is the first my first message.
I was considering which amplifier to use and someone suggested to use the Denon 1911. Here is my requirement:
Devices to connect to the AV Receiver: IMac, PS3, Wii, Satellite, Ipod, USB, DVD Player
Speakers: I have the S603 B&W (25-150 watts into 8 ohms unclipped power per speaker) in my Hall and 685 (30-100 watts into 8 ohms unclipped power per speaker) in the Family room with all the devices.
My requirement that I should be able to run both speakers independently in terms of source (dvd in Family room, CD player in Hall) as well as volume through the multizone.
In simple terms can I connect all devices thru individual HDMI cable to send sound and video signals to the AV receiver.
Do the power ratings of the speakers and match the 1911
Since the AV receiver is for 5.1 sound is it capable to playing stereo sound since in both cases it is stereo sound.
Would appreciate the support on the above queries
