Difference between Pre/Power Individual amps and Integrated ones

What is the basic difference between a Integrated amps and Individual pre/power amps?

Which is better the individual one or the integrated one? And why?

unless youre really buying high end systems it doesnt make much sense to buy pre power seperates

Whatever floats your boat.... it is as simple as that.

In my own experience ive found a simple integrated amp to sound much better than an expensive pre power and vice versa.

So the real question which kind of amplifier suits the rest of equipments in your setup.
