You can get any electronics repair shop to make it for you for less than 1 USD

In fact this used to be recommended for all unused phono inputs also. I remember a Harmon Kardon amp my friend had which came with shorted RCA taps on all except one pair of phono inputs with recommendation to switch it to the unused pairs.
Adcom in its earlier years specifically recommended to this on unused RCA inputs
