Disappointing Bose India support

I bought a Bose Soundlink Bluetooth speaker on 11th Dec at the Bose online website. I am still to receive the speaker. It was meant for gifting on Christmas and the Bose support is all at sea with the delivery details. I would request you all to be careful about using this online service by Bose India. I am totally disappointed with the quality of service and also the limited knowledge of their support staff. They even don't know about the refund procedure. I fear my money is gone!!:(
 
Very sad to say.....several Internationally acclaimed company behave typical here in this country with its consumers.....only because nobody is here to control them (IMHO)....shame on us....
 
I fear my money is gone! Why ? you have to get your money back call them and collect there regional office number and contact anybody who is responsible.

If this all not working go to consumer court with all proofs with you

You have to get your money back at any cost

for money back , filing a dispute claim with Credit Card company is easier if the transaction is done via Credit Card and not netbanking.
