I wanted to make a thread where we can share offers by brands during the festive season. Got the Samsung mailer and made we think about this. Also share rates/quotes you get during this season.

25% looks nice but its only applicable on 75NU7100, rest have 1+1 warranty. 15% cashback (max 9000) also on a select models rest have 10%(max 6000). Although can get discount in exchange for S9+ or the TV.

Samsung 43N5370 available for Rs. 43500 @ Girias in Bangalore. 10% cashback available if you have an HDFC card. Sony 43w662f @ 46k. This was without any negotiation.

I would usually close a deal with the local electronics guy in the area....would check online the prices being offered by various platforms including Vijay Sales and then take a call to negotiate with evidence with my local dealer and get a good deal.

One needs to be mindful of the cash back offer on certain brands and models...especially most of them offer only 1 year warranty....where as other ones without cash back may give you 2/3 years....

Nevertheless a good idea to have a thread which has all the information at one place for prospective buyers to refer to...

Flipkart has Sony 55X9000F at 1.1L with additional 5000 for all cards and add. 4000 for Axis cards.
65X9000F for 2.2L with same 5+4k offer.

Where are you seeing it at 1.1 lakh. I see it as 1.57 lakhs right now in Flipkart

One thing i learnt from online portals is that if you access them at normal hours or peak hours in the day...rates may show higher and even try to convince you to purchase as last 2 or 4 pieces left etc......

Try logging in at an unearthly hour like post midnight around 2am or 5am....I am sure you will see a difference in pricing...this is true for hotel bookings and flights and even days when there such flash sales....

Sony x9000f 55 inch is available for 1.1 lakh in Paytm mall after cash back. Not sure if paytm is an authorised seller of Sony tvs.

I just came from Lotus store and was offered these rates.

55' x9000F - 1.27L
65' x9000F - 2.15L

Additional cash back/emi schemes and gifts from brand. Cashback max 6000/- as per Sony website for X90F


55' C8 - 1.5L
65' C8 - 2.23L

Additional cash back/emi schemes and gifts from brand. Cashback max 10000(brand store)/9000(other stores) as per LG website for OLEDS


55 Q7FN - 2.1L
55' Q8CN - 2.2L

Additional cash back/emi schemes and gifts from brand. Cashback 10% max 6000 as per Samsung for QLEDS. Lotus person said the TV being offered can reduce the price for 30/40K. Online selling price is around 50 when i checked now.


Also the person said once i finalize on a TV will see if can discount little bit more.

Planning to go in for the 65 UK6320 ultra 4k Ultra HD. Chroma offer was 1.18 and additional 9 K cashback on card . LG has the additional 1 year warranty on offer. I considered the blackness level and checked it out..

I was pretty much set on x9000f either 55 or 65 but LG brand shop has given a great offer on C8.

Effectively 1.27L for 55' C8 and 1.82L for 65'. This includes card cash back and 1 'we pay Emi' offer. In it we immediately pay amount of 4 emis and 7 emis will be deducted later. One Emi will be paid by LG. On top of that they offered 1 year insurance for any damage to TV. Any gift and warranty also there.

That was Lotus. But this offer from LG Brand Shop.

Base price of 205000. Divide by 12 = 17083, yes these are interest free emis. Will have to pay 4 (68333) as down payment. Remaining 8 emis only 7 will be deducted from my side, 1 from LG. So basically 17083 is discount to me. Also for the 68333 we get cash back of about 6000 which will be credited to card. They were also offering 1 year insurance for any damage to TV. 1+1 Warranty and gifts also there.

So from my side pay 68333(down payment)+119583(7 emis) - 6000 (cashback) = 1.82L

Thats the lowest price i received for C8. Although Lotus and other stores do offer We Pay Emi but nobody offered the insurance. The LG person said for example any damage that happens like a kid hitting with bat etc they will replace the TV.

Similarly 145000 for 55'. And that ends up to about 1.27L. Although i am sure if buying can reduce a couple of thousands too.

however, pl check on the emi bit. LG does pay one emi. but that equivalent amount credit card company will charge you as interest (14-15% p.a.) on each emi. Plus one needs to pay 18% GST on interest portion though that would be nominal in the scheme of things. There is no such thing as zero cost emi - not permitted by RBI as per my understanding.[/QUOTE]

yeah. so ur net price should not be 1.82L but 2.05L - 10k cashback = 1.95L. However, on time value u will save 3-4k by opting for emi adjsuted for the GST.
