Hello I have had my LG Scarlet for around 3 years now and it has developed two faults.
First off, sometimes when we turn it on we have no picture but get sound. Turn if off and back on and its normally fine.
Second one, now and again we get a few horizontal lines apperaing on the right hand side of the TV, not a major problem but a pain.
The TV has gone off for repair and the tech says its the T CON board, but cant be 100%. He cant get one from LG for 3 months.
LG customer service has been contacted and didnt want to know as it was out of warranty.
