As per the DXF shared by Dave it is 87.79mm, from top of front panel to center of driver cutout.

But the Alpair size is 130 mm dia. How will it fit!!

Got it. 130 mm + 18mm (Top panel) = 148 mm. The minimum distance of the hole is 148/2 = 74 mm.

But based on Arunlouie's post we've already made the cut.

No. Why are you adding the thickness of the MDG sheet and dividing by two. 130 mm is without bezel. Since we are not using the bezel, let's take this and divide by two. It comes to 65 mm. Adding the thickness of 18mm of the top panel makes it 83 mm. Not vastly different from the figure mentioned by Bibin. So don't worry.

Not able to view any images posted by bijin. Was wondering if there is a published design for FE166en to minimize risk of designing vs a tried and tested design.
