For people who like to shop on Amazon

Ok - here's something cool I found.

Amazon has something called a 'Amazon Associates' programme.

Basically, if you have a friend who shops a lot on Amazon (like me) - you can give him/her your 'Associate ID' or a direct link of amazon so whenever he/she shops, you get a % of it in gift certificates.

it starts with 4% and after 7 purchases moves on to 7% and goes all the way to 15%

I wish i knew about this earlier because I have probably spent over $5000 on this site (thanks to my blu-ray, projector, tv collection)

So you create an ID - and your friend gives you his/her = savings and gift certificates for both of you = Amazon makes more money

Anyways, i am willing to swap IDs with people - if interested. We all benefit.
