good news Airtel and TS are actually broadcasting CWC in HD !

I just saw in TS that they have added star cricket hd,espn hd,star sports hd.whereas Airtel has too added espn hd :yahoo:.. good news for you people at least airtel will be doing it too. I don't think they have been active in carrying the hd department to the next level . cheers and support india !

Airtel is charging Rs 165 for ESPN HD whereas TS is giving espn hd and star cricket FREE

Saw the opening ceremony on Tata Sky HD. Sound is all messed up...

Star Cricket is broadcasting the sound in one channel, all the sounds just come from the center channel. With ESPN HD, you get equal sound stage from all speakers.... No 5.1 surround...

Have seen similar issues with NG HD and Discovery HD

Although my AMP tells me that the input is Dolby PL II Cinema...

A small query, if I opt for Tata Sky HD and not Tata Sky Plus HD then will I get 7.1 audion on HD channels as Tata Sky Plus HD advertises? Or is the case that 7.1 is only available in the plus HD option./

For ESPN & STAR CRICKET HD we have to pay 3250/-

Its only event based on Tata Sky
