Guidance for 50" Full array Local Dimming HDTV

Hello Everyone,
I am having Panasonic 40" UT60 plasma TV at home. Needless to say, the Picture quality is exceptional for the price I paid. Along with its HD content, SD content and black and white picture quality is stunning. Now that I got married and moved to a new place, I am looking for a new TV. Now plasma Tv's are no more :sad:, browsing some sites, and this forum, I have decided three parameters to consider,
1) 50"- 55" not more than that (based on my living room area)
2) Direct Lit/Full array back lighting (correct me if i am wrong)
3)Local Dimming feature

Can you Experts /Enthusiasts guide me some TV's? Budget is around 1 lakh.

2nd and 3rd requirement makes it a bit tough to find something within that budget, I am looking forward to what is suggested.

For the budget you can look into Vu Tvs otherwise if you are OK with Full HD rather than 4K go for Sony W950d 50 inches. If you are into 4K, go for Sony X900E. Some Panasonic Shinobi models also having good reviews at Flipkart.

Full Array Local Dimming are usually found in High end sets so dont expect it under Rs.1 lac
