Hi all! I have ordered for a X Electron iprojector 2 plus which is in transit. I have an old vintage AVR, Pioneer vfs 8xx with just SPDIF and coaxial. If I pair the projector to a PS4 using its HDMI and from PS4's optical to the Pioneer vintage AV Amp's optical and have 7 channels of speakers plus a subwoofer placed, will it work or should I have to use my Denon 2700, a modern hdmi AVR. I have lying idle 7 Micca speakers and a subwoofer which I will be putting to use finally if this works. (Pls dont talk me out of this attempt. Basically from my hall TV 85" TCL setup, I will be re-setting this soundstage as we don't use it there ever since my dad got allergic to sounds. In this setup, there won't be complaints therefore this decision of mine. You know we win some lose some in our AVR journey that hits our pockets from time to time but hey, no other go and i am committed already)
