I am planning to buy LG LCD LED TV (model 32LE5500) , Can anyone throw some light on how to check the used hours so that I will not be getting a display piece ?- Any other fine details to be checked ? Please update- Thank you very much !

In that case pick it up from the store yourself without having them deliver it to your house. Because once money changes hands, these el volpones i.e. chaalak shopkeepers have you by the el cojones and will not scruple to send you a used piece. Ask them to open the box in front of you, check it and only if satisfied hand over the money. Then take the TV home with you. 32" is not very big and since it is not a plasma you don't have to treat it like crystal.
