HTiB Choices?

Hi there,

Yours is a great forum and I have learnt a lot from here. Keep up the good stuff.

I recently bought a 47 inch LCD TV from LG and I wanted an HTiB to go with it.

I have researched Denon and Yamaha.

Being a newbie (from Delhi), I am not able to distinguish much between the two.

Also wherever I go, I just come across Either
yamaha: yht-392
or denon: dht-390

Reading on these forums, these models are not even mentioned anymore. So I guess these are mostly on their wayout.

Is there any other combo or brand, for about 30-35k Budget?

Also where do I go for grey market purchase? Onkyo 5100 from their CR Park showroom quoted the price at around 45K which was way beyond my budget.

Should I go for the above Yamaha or Denon for now and as my listening skills expand, I can go for an upgrade?
