For that budget, there aren't any good HT system which gives you a good home theatre experience.
For a good home theater, you need a nice AVR and a quality speaker set.

I am sorry but I would not term them as Home Theatre. Home Theatre Consists of good AVR with and speakers as mentioned above. YHT 1840 would perform way way better than these F&D speakers.
