Identify Language from the Song (by A R Rahman)

Came across this Jingel for Airtel. I think it is composed by A R Rahman. Could not identify the language for the vocals used in this Jingle:

Given wide reach of HFV, I hope someone would be identify the language and tell us what it means.

IIRC its not any language. Its just made up.
I guess they couldn't use Indian language or any language in the facelift with the acquisition of Zain Africa.

Are you sure Rahman mentioned it as scatting. Any references?

Yep it does seem too organized.....isn't it? And there is a reason why it may be so.
I am not sure what Rahman & Co actually did, but most likely its a "Constructed Language" Constructed Language

I still wonder why the score for Jootha Hi Sahi did not enjoy the success it should have. That stupid Pum Pum Ra Otherwise quite a decent soundtrack.
