Integrated Amplifier for Sony SS-CS5

I am looking for an integrated amplifier for my Sony SS-CS5 bookshelf speakers.

• Looking to buy online from Indian websites or locally. I am living in Pune.
• Should have sufficient power to drive the speakers which are 87db (Power handling 100W max), 6 Ohm
• DAC is good to have not necessary
• An example for the songs I will listen to : 'Speak softly love' cover by Yao Si Ting

Following are the options I am considering:

1. Marantz PM6006 (Have a DAC, costs 34K on HifiMart)
2. NAD 326BEE (Dont know current price)
3. Onkyo 9010 (22k online)

All these amps are less than 50W per channel. Will it be sufficient for not very efficient speakers I have ?

Which one will you suggest? Is there any other model I should consider?

I had finally bought a Sony TS-F570ES. I am very happy with the amp.

And sad that we have not even suggested you anything. Pair it with a good cd player / a dac with amp for pleasant and detailed sound.

BTW where did you buy the speakers and amp from?

Bought SSCS5 from Amazon.com . Costed 12.5 including everything. Got it on a deal. It's listed for 25/26K on Amazon India which is ridiculous.

Bought the amp from Germany (used). Got a great deal on that.

Quality of this amp from 1991 is just outstanding.
Before buying this, auditioned couple of NAD class D amps. They sounded thin ( especially vocals) in comparison. Retail price quoted for those NAD's were 60+

I am glad I did not buy a modern class D.

I have been using Meridian Explorer from an FM and also have an SMSL Q5 Pro. I prefer the sound signature of Meridian over SMSL but this restricts me to computer audio (need it to be played from a computer or a mobile phone). A lot of DACs come up for sale on the forum. Please post a request in wanted thread along with the for better responses.

Thank i got the same speakers, they sound really good with sub and denon 540bt
