Any integrated amps for sale in Bangalore? I am trying to match my Dali Z3s, so I will need an audition and hence would prefer a Bangalore seller.

BUYING, SELLING or TRADING indicates your automatic and mandatory acceptance of HiFiVISION.COM Trading Rules and Guidelines!

Do not blindly trust every seller or buyer! Protect yourself by following the below safe trading tips.

Safety Tips

For Buyers

  1. Always meet the seller at a safe location and inspect the item before purchasing. Following this one rule will help you avoid most scams.
  2. Watch out for unrealistic offers. If it appears too good to be true, it probably is. Unrealistic offers are used to motivate purchasers to make hasty decisions.
  3. Always verify the seller's credentials. Ask the seller to provide a photo ID and proof of address.
  4. Ensure that the product you are buying is not stolen or fake. Always ask for a purchase invoice.
  5. The best way to transact is to collect the item and pay at the same time. Never transfer funds or use a debit/credit/atm card to pay someone you do not know before collecting an item.
  6. Ask for clear information on condition of the item, price, payment and delivery method.
  7. Use only those payment methods that you trust and are familiar with. Never give out your financial information.
  8. It is recommended to purchase items directly from the seller.
  9. Always test the functioning of the item before purchase.
  10. Do your research on comparative prices for the product.

For Sellers

  1. Try to take the full payment at the time of the delivery. Remember to use a safe location to meet.
  2. Watch out for fake currency and money orders. Be aware that banks will not honour fake currency/money order and will hold you responsible for it.
  3. Verify the buyer’s credentials if necessary.
  4. Ensure that your product meets the features you list in your ad to avoid any misunderstanding with the buyer.
  5. It is your responsibility to prove that the product you are selling is genuine and not stolen by providing the necessary proof of purchase.
  6. Do not share your financial information except the one required for payment.

@ the mods, how are the guys like above even allowed to post? They just come here like it's a market. He's got 3 posts and 2 are hawking his amp. Sad. Shud be banned straight up without warning.

Its up to the seller at the end to decide whom to sell it. May be the op never messaged them. Or even if he did the seller still can choose from 2-3 messages offer works for him. Everyone's a winner. I don't see a problem here.

It’s not about this one post or this particular thread by the OP. It’s about the bigger picture. U don’t see a problem when someone signs up on a forum and immediately starts hawking? The seller can sell to whoever he wants. In his 3 posts on the forum, 2 are such where he is putting his amp for sale.

There is a rule why he can’t post in the classified section. He needs a minimum number of posts. Obviously there is a logic behind that. And good logic I believe.

Yes. Got the point. This is kind of a work around for guys who cannot post on sale forum, or banned from doing that. Then it should be blocked.

I agree with the rule and the logic behind it. I have been a member for a little time and I regularly visit this forum. Most of my visits here are to read rather than to post. I am sure there are lots of FM who also visit this forum to read. If today I have a certain article for which I need a new home, I cannot post in the classified section on account of not fulfilling the requisite criterion.

The solution to this problem of mine would force me to post wholly unnecessary and utterly useless posts in various threads. I would then become eligible to post in the classified section but on the way to earn this eligibility, I would have cluttered the various threads because of my 'almost but pseudo' selfish motive.

We can hope and rest on our belief that the FMs here are/will not treat this site as a site only for commercial activity and will maintain its decorum. However, experience says that there are always some people, albeit a small number, who do have respect for rules/decorum. Its not possible always to punish such people for various reasons.

Looking at the above posts, the members may have a few posts to their credit but it can be appreciated that most of them have been a members for more than 4 years except for @hifitoaster and myself. Perhaps, in all fairness to them, it can be assumed safely without insulting our intellect that such FMs are 'readers' rather than 'writers'.

A forgiving approach in such cases would circumvent the cluttering of various threads with frivolous posts.

Sorry if this post of mine has hurt anyone's sentiments.

The rule is good for credibility of the seller. But, it's still flawed. I can post rubbish for some time to do fishing.

Didn't want to create a duplicate thread, I have a requirement for a NAD integrated/power amp with Main-in connector so I can use it as a power amp. (Do we still get the NAD warmth when we avoid the entire pre section of the amp and just use the power?)

Planning to biamp my PSBs and looking for NADs to handle the top end. Appreciate if anyone in Bengaluru can spare an audition of the NADs that you might have for sale.

Regards.

Hi Anirudh

I have built this amp - https://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/164093-100w-ultimate-fidelity-amplifier-868.html the very amp boards from XRK member of the diyaudio forum in a simple small power amplifier cabinet with dual mono power supplies giving me around 100W stereo output. Let me know if it interests you and we can discuss on the audition if you are interested to check this out. Not exactly NAD but very good amplifier if you are game for a DIY build power amplifier. I can share you some pics do PM me with your mobile number.

thanks
