LG 47LA6910 vs SONY KDL-47W850A and LG 47LA6910 BEST PRICE IN HYDERABAD

Hi Friends,

I have been doing some R&D in deciding 47" smart TV. After lot of time and effort, I got two TVs in the final round - LG 47LA6910 vs SONY KDL-47850A. Based on research so far, I am rating 9/10 for LG 47LA6910 and 8.5/10 for SONY KDL47W850. I request owners of these two models to provide information on the following points:

1. WHO IS GOOD IN AFTER SALES SUPPORT - LG or SONY?

2. About 2 years back people were not happy with LG regular channels visual quality ( I mean non HD regional channels ), Is it sorted out now by LG, how is you experience with LG display quality for regular non HD channels?

3. LG brightness option locked at 50%, Is it causing any problem during movie watch and other viewing experience?

4. TRILUMINOS technology by SONY a successful implementation or causing colour issues, example making true colours artificial?

5. BEST PRICE FOR LG 47LA6910 AND SONY KDL-47W850A IN HYDERABAD, please provide shop and contact details.

take sony W950a @1.15lak .. w850a doesnt have local dimming premium feature ...

Hi Invisible... Thank you for the reply. Budget bit concern. 47W850A price Rs.95,000 VS 47W950A price Rs.115000, Rs.20k difference. If you think it is worth, please elaborate little more about your experience in choosing W950 over W850. Local dimming for edge lit LED TVs is not so popular. W850 passive 3D vs W950 active 3D, the motionflow W850 XR 400 Hz vs W950 XR 800 Hz. So, not sure with Rs.20k extra price shall sacrifice passive 3d to gain location dimming, motionflow advantage... also... W950A 46" and W850A 47" so... throw some more light on W950A, so that It will help me in decision making process. Thank you!
