When it comes to Tv’s especially oleds it’s very unlikely that you will get a refurbished piece. There are possibilities that you can get a demo unit. There are certain factors you can cross check. First is the manufacturing date and make sure the serial number matches. Second is you need to check carefully while unboxing and inspect for any signs of being RE-packed. A new unboxed tv will also have a scratch gaurd on both front and back. The front should have a peel off in pink colour at the front scratch gaurd at both bottom corners. And after installation go to settings-general-about tv and click on your tv name which will show the usage hours which should be 0
