Long Distance Projector Cables

Any suggestions to stream hd data on projector more than 15m away from source..... I have been using hdmi cables for a distance upto 15m & have often observed that 15m cables also don't perform flawlessly unless high quality cables are used. hence I am very particular on my cable selection for 15m ones. But what to do if distance is more than 15m????

I'll share what research i did sometime back, listing options

1. First try to find thick HDMI cable for long distance(I am using 10m without any issue). You don't need to go for costly cables, average/low priced thick cables will do.
2. Powered HDMI to CAT5/CAT6 converters and that can run longer distances, longer than 15m. These one i would say buy good quality from known brand.
3. HD over WIFI
4. There was a new technology i read sometime back that was HDMI to Optics.

What is the source? Is it PC/BD Player. If data(video files) can be kept in network shared devices, then buy a small HDD media player and keep it near projector. Play the video through network from source using HDD media player.

I have read that HD video can be transmitted over cat6 for much longer lengths. Maybe you can check that out on Google. Something like "HD video over cat6".
Else an HDMI extender like this.

MX cables of good quality also work perfect.You need at least 24awg cables.Also some of the companies give perfect specifications.Like 4k support ,high speed,these should work.

Thanks everyone for your inputs. In this particular case my distance was around 25mts and had to carry source from AVR. After trial & error, I finally concluded that the best way is to put a good AV splitter in between a 15m & 10m cable. AV splitter seems to amplify the signal!! I first tried combining the same hdmi cables (10m & 15m each) to form a 25m cable & it gave scrambled output. Then I put a MX make HDMI splitter after the 15m cable & routed a single output via the 10m cable to projector & got flawless projection!!!

Can some one help me in buying projector pulldown screen 110inches 16.9 format or 120inches 4.3 format. Where cani buy in less price , madras or bangalore. Also I need 15m hdmi 1.4v cable. I checked deltapage website. Also I need to buy power cable for 15m for projector power adapter which is circular female 3 pin. Also 3feet ceiling or wall mount.

Just be careful with power cable. Buy good quality and high gauge/thick cable. Cheap chinese power cables tend to heat up over long distance.

i am running a 35 HDMI cable and running 3d over it without an issues. get good quality ones which state High Speed HDMI and it should be just fine.
