Looking for Best Quality Standard CD Jewel Cases

Hello.

I'm in search of good, strong, reliable jewel cases. I would particularly like to find some double CD Jewel Cases, but I need them to be standard size and not slimiline. I like to print my own inserts, and the slim ones don't allow for a spine title.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
