Low volume output

Hi All,

I have a Denon AVR X500 connected to whaferdale Dx1 5.1 speakers. The system worked very well until i connected my 4kTV to the avr through SPDIF and played it to at full volume. Seem only the centre speaker sounds good sound and volume and the rest speaker i get a very low output. I checked the speakers by connecting to center channel and they all sound proper but the issue seems with both L and R front and surround channel. I tried resetting the amp but no success. While doing a selfchek i now realise even center speaker won't get the desired output. Can someone help me with Denon service center for Pune or authorised service that can help fix my system.

Yes, they service imported Home audio equipments as well.
