Hi,
I am considering Marantz NR1501. It'll be used for both music and movies - an almost 50:50 split. I am planning to have a 5.1 setup to start with.
The price seems to be about $600.
1) Is this a good buy? The reviews seem to be pretty decent, except for probably the missing upscaler, dumbed down config options etc. Any owners around here?
2) What speakers can be considered for pairing with NR1501 (a 5.1 setup) and if possible the approx price too? Especially, in light of its ~50w/ch output.
