8audio ebay is the source of the chassis costs around 6K (customs and postage included), transformer Miracle 24-0-24 and 0-12 secondary 300VA (2500+1000 taxes). The actual circuits are cheaper. Duties, taxes and shipping charges suck out the DIYers juice in India! Though good looking chassis are also sold by a dealer called along they are costlier. If we can plan a group buy I am in.

The upper one is a LM3886 Gainclone while the lower one in the EHHA hybrid headphone amplifier.

More pics of the innards.

Very nice build. Neat innards, will put a lot of commercial rigs to shame. I am sure the sound does too.:clapping:

Neat, and nice looking amps. Happy to see this. :clapping:

You are correct about Customs, Taxes and Duties. They suck a lot of blood from us. In the end some kind of killing the creativity of country.

A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
