Need help regarding LCD TV..

Hello everyone, after a lot of research i ended up going for a lcd tv. It fills up my requirements and fits in my budget. I have considered going for LG- 42LK430. Its a 42-incher and has all the features that i want. I liked this tv because of its IPS panel. So i would like to hear from you guys should i make this purchase or not?
Please help me as i need a tv ASAP. Also other suggestions are welcome.
